2. The product serial number is used as the warranty period certificate, and the warranty period of the product is 5 years from the date of delivery.

3. The customer shall properly keep the invoice or online purchase certificate.

4. 1 year warranty for accessories and 1 year warranty for energy storage power supply

Exemption from liability

1. Products without company logo.

2. The product or component has exceeded the warranty period of the company, except for the extended warranty service signed by both parties.

3. Any operation beyond the scope of installation and use specified in relevant international standards and not in accordance with the company‘s product instructions and relevant installation and maintenance documents. Failure or damage caused by non-specified working environment or incorrect installation, storage and use of the product (for example, the installation environment temperature is too high, too low, too wet or dry, too high altitude, unstable voltage or current, etc.).

4. Not installed by the company‘s after-sales service personnel or the service organization designated by the company: repair, change or remove the fault or damage caused by the failure, except for the case of a third-party after-sales service organization entrusted by the company

5. Machine failure or damage caused by the use of non-standard or non-company parts or software.

6. Failure or damage caused by unforeseen accident or human factors (operation error, scratch, handling, bump, access to unsuitable voltage, etc.).

7. Failure or damage caused by natural disasters and other force majeure (such as earthquake, lightning, fire, etc.).

8. Other faults or damages not caused by the quality problems of the company‘s products (including parts).

9. In case of product failure caused by the above conditions, if the customer requires repair service, the company‘s service organization can provide paid repair service after judgment
